EPDM semi‑circular foam sealing strip, manufactured from EPDM rubber and produced via a foaming vulcanization process into a semi‑circular elastic seal. Featuring a cellular foam structure, it is soft, highly resilient, and exhibits excellent compression recovery. Specifically designed for sealing gaps in doors and windows, cabinets, equipment enclosures, and construction machinery, it integrates sealing, wind resistance, sound insulation, cushioning, and impact protection into one.

Material and Craftsmanship

Made with premium EPDM rubber compound and a closed-cell foaming process, it delivers uniform, well‑distributed foam with moderate density and a smooth surface. It offers excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, extreme temperatures, and aging, remaining flexible, crack‑free, and dimensionally stable even after prolonged exposure to sun and rain—far surpassing ordinary foam strips.
