EPDM rectangular foam strips are manufactured using EPDM rubber as the primary raw material, processed through intensive mixing, high‑temperature foaming, and vulcanization to form a highly elastic, foamed sealing profile with a square or rectangular cross‑section. Featuring a microporous cellular structure, they offer a soft texture, excellent resilience, and minimal compression set, making them ideal for sealing, impact protection, vibration damping, and sound insulation in equipment, cabinets, doors and windows, and enclosures.

Material and Craftsmanship

Made from virgin EPDM rubber and produced using a closed-cell continuous foaming process, it features uniform, fine, and dense cells with a smooth, pore-free surface. It offers excellent resistance to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, extreme temperatures, aging, and both acids and alkalis. With long-term use, it remains flexible, does not shrink or crack, and its weatherability far surpasses that of standard rubber foam strips.
