    NBR sealing strips are synthetic rubber sealing products produced by copolymerizing acrylonitrile and butadiene monomers. Thanks to their excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance, and high elasticity, they have become the most widely used and cost-effective general-purpose sealing material in both industrial and civil applications.

    Core Material Properties

    NBR performance is determined by the acrylonitrile (ACN) content, which can typically be adjusted within the range of **18%–50%**, directly balancing oil resistance, cold resistance, and elasticity:
    High acrylonitrile content (36%–50%): Excellent oil resistance and good heat resistance, suitable for high-temperature, high-oil environments.
    Medium acrylonitrile (26%–35%): Well-balanced performance, a common mainstream grade.
    Low acrylonitrile (18%–25%): Excellent cold resistance (remains flexible down to −40°C), but poor oil resistance.
