Product Overview
High‑temperature‑resistant silicone sealing strips are manufactured via integral extrusion from high‑purity, heat‑resistant silicone rubber. They exhibit excellent resistance to thermal aging, outstanding performance across a wide temperature range, high resilience, superior sealing and waterproofing, as well as insulating and flame‑retardant properties. These strips are widely used in high‑temperature applications—including ovens, baking chambers, steam cabinets, mechanical equipment, control cabinets, new‑energy systems, automotive components, and HVAC equipment—for sealing, impact protection, sound insulation, and water‑ and dust‑proofing.
The product exhibits long-term temperature resistance up to 200°C and can withstand short-term temperatures of 250°C to 300°C. It does not crack, shrink, deform, or emit odors, making it the most stable and durable sealing material for high-temperature applications.
